Guided by an unyielding dedication to my pursuits, I am a spirited individual who thrives on hard work and unwavering determination. My journey led me to the University of Oregon, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in journalism.

While professionally, I’d call myself a project manager, I’m also a lemonade aficionado, amateur interior designer, dedicated cat mom, avid re-watcher of my favorite shows, professional shoe shopper, and a lover of the color pink.

My leadership approach is a fusion of encouragement and innovation. I believe in leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone's strengths are utilized. Success, to me, is dependent on a happy and healthy team, built through respect and honesty.
